RARE Bob Crooks 'Hula' Signed Studio Art Glass Perfume Scent Bottle with Stopper

Rare and striking piece of contemporary British studio glass. This exquisite, heavy-weight perfume/scent bottle is individually handblown by the highly recognized master glassmaker Bob Crooks at his independent studio.

Part of his sought-after "Hula" series, the piece features a beautifully balanced teardrop/ovoid form. The body displays a vibrant palette of deep cobalt and electric blue tones accented by intricate, mosaic-like aubergine and white murrine inclusions. The entire design is encased within a thick, brilliantly clear crystal jacket that creates spectacular optical refractions when it catches the light.

True to Bob Crooks' strict "mould-free" philosophy, this piece was shaped entirely by hand using gravity and tools on molten glass, ensuring it is a unique, one-off work of art. It comes complete with its original, elongated clear glass stopper and features the artist's signature incised on the polished base.
