Processing Time All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. As all items are vintage and antique collectibles, each piece is individually wrapped to ensure safe transit.
UK Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2-5 business days
- Tracked delivery: 1-3 business days
- We use Royal Mail and/or courier services depending on size and weight
International Delivery
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
- All international orders are sent tracked and signed for
- Import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Fragile & Specialist Items All fragile items including ceramics, glassware, and porcelain are double-boxed and packed with professional-grade materials. We take every care to ensure safe delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@bshive.co.uk with photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
