Antique Chinese blue and white porcelain divided serving dish. Known as a "sweetmeat dish," this circular vessel features a removable lid and a six-compartment interior, designed for serving nuts, candies, or small appetizers.
Design: The lid is hand-painted with a classic narrative scene of a scholar and children playing in a traditional garden, symbolizing family prosperity and wisdom.
Markings: Features an underglaze blue six-character Qianlong seal mark on the lid handle. While this mark pays tribute to the 18th-century Qing Dynasty - "Made in the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" - the piece itself is a vintage production from the early-20th century.
Dimensions: Approximately 7.5" wide and 4" tall with the lid.
Condition: Good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
