Antique Japanese Imari Plate – Hand-Painted Floral Design, Meiji Era

This 9-inch plate has a gently scalloped rim and blue painted lines encircling the foot rim, typical of Arita porcelain from Kyushu, Japan. The piece is unmarked, as was common for export Imari of the period.
