A pair of Torquay Ware Mottoware creamer and a footed sugar bowl from the Longpark pottery in Devon.

Creamer/milk jug: Traditional hand-painted Scandi design with blue dots and bands around the borders, on cream ground. Motto reads: "elp yerzel tu craim' (Help yourself to cream) Height: 3.5" Width: 4" Base mark reads "Longpark Torquay 198 NI"

Sugar bowl: Tradition hand-painted Cockerel design with blue dots and brown bands on cream ground. Motto reads: "Be aisy with tha sugar" (Be easy with the sugar) Height: 2.25" Width: 4.5" Base mark reads "Longpark Torquay 96H3" 

Condition: Creamer - no cracks or chips. Very slight crazing. Sugar bowl - No cracks or chips. Some crazing commensurate with age.
